How to plan a make-up class?

    The make-up dates for the November 2025 session will be on November 20.

  • Life is full of surprises and we understand that some situations are beyond your control!
    Since our sewing classes are offered in small groups, the proper functioning of our workshop depends on your presence and your collaboration. In order to demonstrate respect for other students, as well as the entire Fabrique éthique's team, it is essential to follow the policy on absences and make-up classes.​Please note that time slots for make-up classes are only available when a session is in progress and published on the second week of the session.

  • IN CASE OF ABSENCE

    1. You are allowed a maximum of 1 make-up class during the same session.
    2. If you know that you will be absent from more than 1 class at the time of registration, please contact us to see if an arrangement is possible.
    3. You must notify us of your absence at studio@lafabriqueethique.com before the class. No make-up class will be possible without this notice.
    4. Any make-up class request must be made via the website. It is your responsibility to look at the available time slots and to request an appointment via the website. No appointments can be booked over the phone.
    5. You must book your make-up class within 8 weeks following your absence. If you have not made an appointment within this period, your make-up class will be cancelled. If no date is available during the current session, it will be possible to postpone your make-up class to the following session. Please note that time slots for make-up classes are only available when a session is in progress and published on the second week of the session.
    6. We do our best to offer you different time slots for make-up classes. You are responsible for making yourself available for one of these time slots. We will not be responsible if you are unable, due to a busy schedule, to book a make-up class. If you are experiencing a particular situation, do not hesitate to contact us at studio@lafabriqueethique.com.
    7. Missed classes are not refundable.

  • ​HOW TO BOOK A MAKE-UP CLASS?

    1. Any make up class request must be made via the website. Please note: very structured courses such as Repair and Adjust My Clothes or Make a Sample Book cannot be booked at any moment. Please talk to your teacher during class or write to studio@lafabriqueethique.com.
    2. Reserving a time slot for your make-up class must be made on the calendar below. Simply select the time slot that suits you best and click on the ''Réserver sans payer'' button. We will then reserve a place for you at the requested time slot, at no additional cost, and we will confirm your request by email within 48 hours.
    3. If you are unable to attend your make-up class, you must notify us by email at studio@lafabriqueethique.com before the class. Without this notice, it will not be possible to move your make up class to another time and it will be cancelled
